Main Purpose of the Role

Join KFC Rohloff Group as a Restaurant Manager , where you will support the Restaurant General Manager in leading a fast-paced restaurant and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will help oversee daily operations, drive sales and profitability, maintain high standards of service, quality, cleanliness, and food safety, and support the development of a motivated, high-performing team. Through strong leadership, coaching, and operational excellence, you will play a key role in achieving business goals and upholding the KFC brand standard

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent achievement of CHAMPS standards (Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product, Speed of Service).
• Lead restaurant shifts effectively, directing team activities to maximise sales, operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage labour scheduling, stock control, cash handling, and cost controls to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Ensure a safe and secure working environment by maintaining health, safety, security, and loss prevention standards.
• Drive Business Scorecard performance and support local store marketing initiatives to grow sales and market presence.
• Monitor restaurant performance, analyse trends, and implement corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.
• Foster a positive culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring product quality, service excellence, and effective resolution of customer concerns.

What You’ll Need

• Grade 12 (Matric) with bachelor’s degree endorsement (University Exemption) required
• Proficiency in English, numeracy, and computer literacy (MS Office: Teams, Excel, Word
• A strong passion for product quality, customer service, and pride in the KFC brand.
• Must be certified and appointed as a Restaurant Manager in your current role.
• Experience: Assistant Restaurant Manager, Manager, Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, Shift Manager
• 3–5 years’ management experience within Hospitality or the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry
• Within 25km from job
• Clear criminal and credit record
