Detail: Responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner Manage reservations, walk-ins and waitlists efficiently Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email and in person Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow Maintain an accurate and organised reservation system Provide guests with information on menus, specials and promotions Handle VIP guests, special requests and event bookings with attention to detail Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally Assist with booking administration and maintaining guest records Requirements: Previous experience in hospitality, front-of-house or customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance with a friendly, customer-focused attitude Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment Basic computer skills, including reservation systems, email and POS systems Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills A proactive team player with the ability to anticipate guest needs Apply: [email protected] show more...
