The role requires the incumbent to manage restaurant operations, supervise staff, maintain high standards of food quality and customer service, and ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience. The Assistant Restaurant Manager serves as the second-in-command and must be capable of independently managing all aspects of the restaurant whenever required.
