Start free — we apply for you →The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day opera on of the estate restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager and for providing operational support to the Restaurant Manager during busy trading periods and private functions. The role requires the incumbent to manage restaurant operations, supervise staff, maintain high standards of food quality and customer service, and ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience. The Assistant Restaurant Manager serves as the second-in-command and must be capable of independently managing all aspects of the restaurant whenever required.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric - Preferred: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management , Hotel Management or related field - Food safety and hygiene certification
