Anicalls is seeking a Responsible AI Analyst to support the development and implementation of AI governance controls focused on fairness, transparency, oversight, accountability, and responsible AI practices .
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assess AI systems for fairness, transparency, risks, and accountability .
- Support responsible AI frameworks, governance processes, and risk assessments.
- Conduct model evaluation and document AI risks, controls, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to promote secure and responsible AI adoption.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Up to 5 years of overall experience with 1–2 years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Risk Management , or a related field.
- Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, model risk management, ethical AI, data privacy, or regulatory compliance is an advantage
