- Successfully deliver full life-cycle residential development projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with local development regulations, planning laws, and construction practices.
- Manage professional teams, contractors, and multiple residential development projects simultaneously.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management.
- Good understanding of the full property development life cycle.
- Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
- Computer literacy, including Intermediate Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with project software such as MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, or project management platforms.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Proactive and forward-thinking with an enquiring mind.
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders with a high level of integrity.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a methodical approach.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
