- A Bachelor's degree in Social Science or a relevant field with three 3 years' relevant experience, or
- A National Diploma with four 4 years' relevant experience.
- Experience working in a tertiary institution or as a community service worker will be an added advantage.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated proficiency in facilitation, computer skills, counselling, leadership, management, interpersonal communication, planning and organisation, project management, critical thinking, negotiation, and advocacy.
Duties
- Provide a safe, comfortable, and engaging residential experience for students residing on campus through effective oversight of residence administration.
- Manage and coordinate residential life programmes that promote student development and well-being.
- Train, supervise, and provide guidance to House Residence Committee HRC student representatives.
