Job Title: Reservations Consultant Start Date: 2026-07-06 - 2026-08-13 Vacancy Type: Permanent JHB003182 Sectors: Reservations Hospitality Location: Gauteng , Bryanston Salary: (Market related) Brief: A luxury lodge & hotel group based in Bryanston, Johannesburg requires an experienced Reservations Consultant with at least 5 years' experience in a reservations department for multiple properties. The successful candidate should be well-organized to provide the necessary support with regards to the reservation administration for a hospitality group. Scope & General Purpose: Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to the reservation elements of the business Respond to queries and assist our customers by telephone and email Perform all other duties assigned by the reservations manager Detail: Requirements: Proven experience as a reservation's consultant or similar position Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint) PMS system knowledge - Nebula, eRes and Opera would be advantageous Proficiency in English Well-organized with good time management Excellent verbal and written communication skills A team player with high level of dedication Works well and accurately under pressure Minimum Experience & Requirements: 5-7 years' experience in a tourism/travel call centre or reservations department for multiple properties Must have a good command of the English language with good writing skills.
