Res Admin Channels

• We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive individual to join our team as an admin controller. This role focuses on transforming property information into compelling, accurate, and high-performing listings across multiple online platforms.
• The ideal candidate is someone who can interpret content, make informed decisions, and strategically present properties to maximise exposure and bookings—while always maintaining honesty and compliance with advertising standards.

Key Performance Areas

• Review and analyse property information and written content
• Create, structure, and optimise listings across various online platforms e.g., booking sites, property portals, social media
• Adapt content based on platform requirements, audience, and best marketing practices
• Ensure all listings are accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand standards
• Strategically position properties to maximise visibility, engagement, and bookings
• Organise and coordinate content into clear, structured formats
• Continuously review and improve listing performance by making informed adjustments
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather, clarify, and refine property information

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Strong written communication and content structuring skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret information and make sound decisions independently
• Experience managing content across digital platforms property platforms, e-commerce, or similar is advantageous
• Ability to adapt tone, format, and messaging for different audiences and channels
• High level of accountability and ownership of work
• Ability to prioritise, sift through large amounts of information, and convert it into clear, usable content
• Understanding of digital marketing principles is a plus
