Our client in telecommunications sector is looking for a Requirements Analyst – FinTech on a contract duration for 6 months.
Role Purpose
The Requirements Analyst will be responsible for eliciting, analysing, documenting, validating, and managing business and system requirements for FinTech products, platforms, and technology initiatives . The role will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Developers, Solution Architects, QA teams, Project/Programme Managers, and external technology partners to translate business needs into clear, actionable, and testable requirements. The successful candidate must have strong FinTech / Financial Services experience , with an understanding of areas such as digital banking, payments, lending, cards, financial platforms, transactional systems, APIs, and regulatory requirements . Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in:
- Information Technology
- Business Analysis
- Computer Science
- Information Systems
- Finance
• Business Management or a related field.
- IIBA / CBAP / CCBA certification would be advantageous.
- Agile / Scrum certification would be advantageous.
Required Experience
- 5+ years' experience as a Requirements Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- 3+ years' experience within FinTech, Banking, Payments, Financial Services, or related environments.
- Proven experience gathering and documenting complex business and system requirements.
- Experience working on digital financial products, payment platforms, banking systems, or transactional solutions .
- Experience working within Agile / Scrum environments .
- Experience working with cross-functional technology and business teams.
- Experience with system integration and API-related requirements.
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
- Strong experience with business process modelling and process improvement.
