- CA(SA), CIMA or AGA(SA) qualification
- 57 years' relevant experience
- Strong experience in financial reporting and consolidations
- Solid budgeting and forecasting experience
- Strong financial modelling capabilities
- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to manipulate and analyse data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working with stakeholders and presenting financial insights
- Willingness to travel as required
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver accurate and insightful financial and management reports.
- Manage and support the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Perform financial consolidations and ensure accurate group-level reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
- Extract, manipulate and analyse large volumes of financial data using Advanced Excel.
- Identify trends, variances and key financial drivers and provide meaningful commentary.
- Conduct variance analysis against budgets, forecasts and actual results.
- Translate complex financial data into clear and actionable business insights.
- Assist with financial planning, scenario modelling and strategic analysis.
- Work closely with finance and operational stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
- Continuously improve reporting processes, models and reporting efficiencies.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
- Travel when required to engage with various stakeholders/business units.
