Assist the category buyer with all aspects of procurement. Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure orders are processed through EDI daily.
- Assist category buyer with administration.
- Load new products on the system.
- Order exception report and non-deliveries actioned daily.
- Process store orders and supplier signed and stamped orders
- Input additional demands and promotional deal start & end dates.
- Maintain item information on existing products as required
- Assisting Retailers with product or promotional info when required
- Daily telesales and monitoring short dated stock and ageing stock
Desired Experience & Qualification
Education
• National Senior Certificate (Matric) Skills
• Customer-focused • Detail-oriented • Strong communication skills • Numerical aptitude Languages
• English: Fluen Work Experience
• FMCG Industry Experience Employment Equity
