Rental Agent – Cape Town (6 positions)

We are looking for a customer-focused, energetic, and professional Rental Agent to join our busy Cape Town Branch.
If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle rentals, returns, and general enquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and complete related documentation.
- Manage bookings, reservations, and rental agreements.
- Promote additional products and services where applicable.
- Ensure accurate administration and record-keeping.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain branch and fleet standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid South African driver's licence
- South African ID
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and administrative ability
- Willing and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Live in close proximity to the Pace office
