This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with 3–5 years' experience to work on solar PV, BESS and hybrid power projects, taking projects from concept and system design through to implementation and commissioning. Detail: Responsibilities: Design electrical systems for solar PV, BESS, hybrid and grid-connected projects. Develop Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), GA drawings and electrical schematics. Perform cable sizing, voltage-drop calculations and equipment selection. Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) and provide technical input into project costing. Evaluate technical proposals and vendor submissions. Engage directly with clients through meetings, site visits and technical presentations. Provide technical support during installation, testing and commissioning. Ensure designs comply with relevant electrical standards, regulations and client requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or BTech in Electrical Engineering. 3–5 years' electrical engineering experience. Proven experience in renewable energy, particularly solar PV, BESS, microgrids or hybrid systems. Strong experience with SLDs and system-level electrical design. Experience developing project BOMs. Knowledge of electrical protection, switchgear, transformers and distribution systems. Experience with cable sizing, protection coordination, fault studies and load calculations. Strong client-facing and communication skills. Valid driver's licence.
