- Rendering Manager, Min 5 years Exp in similar environment.
- Supervise rendering plant operations, including loading, processing, and unloading.
- Responsible for total production, yield, and boilers at the rendering plant
- Ensure compliance with production schedules and quality standards.
- Adjust staff/HR plans and equipment availability to meet production plans.
- Align equipment maintenance priorities with production requirements.
- Manage production targets, cost, and quality.
- Conduct daily/weekly inspections.
- Attend monthly safety meetings.
- Ensure legal compliance of the boilers and cookers.
- Ensure compliance with TQMS, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Adhere to HACCP and ISO regulations.
- Monitor environmental compliance (waste disposal, effluent management).
- Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs.
Duties & Responsibilities
Trade essential Grade 12 with min N3 Tertiary qualification advantageous. HACCP knowledge. A minimum of five years’ relevant experience in a Rendering Plant
