We help private dental practices in the UK turn patient enquiries into booked treatment, and we are growing our remote team in South Africa. Dental experience and previous calling experience are both essential for this role. The role You will speak with UK patients who have enquired about treatments such as implants, Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry. You will answer their questions, put nervous patients at ease, follow up treatment plans and book consultations into the clinic diary. This is a fully remote, work from home role, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 UK time. What you will do
• Call and message new patient enquiries quickly, by phone and WhatsApp • Follow up patients who have received a treatment plan • Explain treatment and payment options clearly and warmly • Book consultations and keep patient records up to date • Work towards weekly booking targets What we offer
