What You'll Do

  • Manage release planning to ensure all products are delivered to DSPs on time.
  • Perform quality checks on metadata and assets before release.
  • Partner with A&R, Business Affairs and labels to meet release and pitching deadlines.
  • Maintain the digital release schedule and manage label expectations.
  • Register video releases with RiSA.
  • Support metadata delivery and catalogue distribution across DSPs.
  • Troubleshoot release and supply chain issues, coordinating with local and international teams.
  • Support continuous improvements and projects across digital and physical supply chains.
  • Liaise with manufacturing and print partners when required.
  • Produce reporting, investigations and project analysis using relevant systems.
  • Provide cover for the Operations Manager, including royalty reporting and release scheduling meetings.

Who You Are

  • Strong understanding of the music industry, release processes and artist development.
  • Knowledge of digital distribution, DSPs, metadata management and music delivery systems.
  • Experience with platforms such as iTunes Connect, Vevo Admin, Scatman or similar tools.
  • Understanding of physical product manufacturing and release processes.
  • Excellent project management, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused, with strong communication skills.
  • Passionate about music and the evolving entertainment industry.
