Anicalls is seeking a Reinforcement Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy decision-making models for optimization, simulation, and adaptive workflows. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Reinforcement Learning , Python , simulation environments , reward design , and model evaluation to build scalable AI-driven solutions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and implement reinforcement learning models for optimization and automation.
- Develop simulation environments for training and testing AI agents.
- Create and optimize reward functions to improve model performance.
- Build AI solutions using Python and reinforcement learning frameworks.
- Evaluate, monitor, and optimize model accuracy and performance.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and data teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready AI implementations.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Up to 5 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Reinforcement Learning , Machine Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology , or a related field.
- Certifications in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, AI, Python, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Databricks are an added advantage.
