Start free — we apply for you →Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Regional Visual Merchandiser to ensure our stores consistently deliver an engaging and on-brand customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing visual merchandising standards, supporting store teams, and maintaining brand consistency across multiple locations within the Johannesburg region.
Responsibility: Key Responsibilities • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across all stores within the region. • Ensure store layouts, window displays, and product presentations align with brand guidelines. • Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards and identify opportunities for improvement. • Train and coach store teams on visual merchandising best practices. • Collaborate with Regional and Store Managers to support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new product launches. • Monitor store compliance and provide actionable feedback to improve the customer shopping experience. • Produce reports and communicate merchandising updates to management. Minimum Requirements • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Visual Merchandising role, preferably within a retail environment. • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and current retail trends. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stores within the region. • Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is advantageous. Essential Requirements • Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle. • Willingness and ability to travel regularly between stores throughout the Johannesburg region.
