The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing visual merchandising standards, supporting store teams, and maintaining brand consistency across multiple locations within the Johannesburg region.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across all stores within the region.
- Ensure store layouts, window displays, and product presentations align with brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Train and coach store teams on visual merchandising best practices.
- Collaborate with Regional and Store Managers to support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.
- Monitor store compliance and provide actionable feedback to improve the customer shopping experience.
- Produce reports and communicate merchandising updates to management.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years'''' experience in a Visual Merchandising role, preferably within a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and current retail trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stores within the region.
- Strong planning, organisational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is advantageous.
Essential Requirements
- Valid driver''''s licence and own reliable vehicle .
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between stores throughout the Johannesburg region.
