Start free — we apply for you →QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications Essential Grade 12 (Matric). Valid South African Driver's Licence. Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365). A+, N+, or equivalent IT Support qualification. Advantageous Facilities Management, Technical Support, or Maintenance-related certification. Health and Safety certification. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Experience 3-5 years' experience in regional support, administration, IT support, facilities support, event coordination, marketing coordination or a multi-skilled operational support role. Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments. Facilities industry experience and project coordination exposure are advantageous. Practical capability in supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, desktops/laptops, printers, mobile devices and peripherals. Understanding of IT asset lifecycle management and accurate equipment allocation/movement records. Knowledge or experience in Audio Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing support, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, meeting-room equipment, displays/screens, projectors, microphones, speakers, webcams and basic AV troubleshooting. Comfortable with setting up, testing and providing hands-on technical support for meetings, presentations, training sessions and corporate events. 2–3 years of practical IT/desktop/service desk support experience, with exposure to AV and video-conferencing technology being advantageous. Other Requirements Frequent travel between regional offices, branches, event venues and business locations. Ability to move equipment safely.
