Job Title: Regional Sales & Merchandising Manager Start Date: 2026-08-06 - 2026-09-05 Vacancy Type: Permanent CPT001261 Sectors: FMCG Sales and Marketing Location: KwaZulu Natal , Durban Salary: R25 000 Monthly Basic Plus Commission Brief: fmcg sales|merchandising|regional management,|sales and merchandising manage Regional Sales & Merchandising Manager – KwaZulu-Natal An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced, energetic and commercially minded Regional Sales & Merchandising Manager to lead the KwaZulu-Natal region for a well-established FMCG and retail accessories business. The successful candidate will manage a team of Sales Representatives and Merchandisers, drive profitable regional sales growth, strengthen retail customer relationships and ensure excellent merchandising and in-store execution across the region. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring FMCG sales experience, retail execution expertise, commercial awareness, people-management ability and field-based operational leadership. The Regional Manager will spend regular time in the field supporting the team, visiting customers and ensuring that regional standards and targets are achieved. Detail: Minimum Requirements Minimum of two years' FMCG sales experience . Leadership or management experience would be beneficial. Experience managing, coaching or supporting Sales Representatives and Merchandisers. Strong knowledge of retail execution and merchandising standards. Confident dealing with retail customers and key decision-makers. Good commercial awareness and ability to drive regional sales growth. Good Excel, reporting and sales-analysis skills. Valid driver's license. Own reliable vehicle. Willingness to travel extensively throughout KwaZulu-Natal. Availability to work outside normal business hours when operationally required.
