- Minimum of two years FMCG sales experience .
- Leadership or management experience would be beneficial.
- Experience managing, coaching or supporting Sales Representatives and Merchandisers.
- Strong knowledge of retail execution and merchandising standards.
- Confident dealing with retail customers and key decision-makers.
- Good commercial awareness and ability to drive regional sales growth.
- Good Excel, reporting and sales-analysis skills.
- Valid drivers license.
- Own reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout KwaZulu-Natal.
- Availability to work outside normal business hours when operationally required.

The commission of 0.5% of the total monthly sales performance of the region, excluding designated in-house accounts is based on the performance of the entire region, providing excellent earning potential for a strong and effective leader.
