This position will be based in Johannesburg South. We are looking for your work experience in the Logistics Industry. Required qualification and working knowledge: Occupational Safety and Health Qualification Minimum 5 to 10 years of work experience as a Safety Analyst Proficiency in Power tools, (Power BI advanced level, Power Automate intermediate); Domain of M and DAX languages (Power Query and Power Bi); Proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Excel; Proficiency in SharePoint and OneDrive tools; Google Sheets (Google Sheets and Forms); ETL (Extract, Transform and Load); Documentation experience; Data Modeling and Table relationship; Experience in results management and KPI. Detail: Duties & Responsibilities: Managing PPE inventory, ordering, and shipping. Conducting safety inspections and implementing improvements. Providing technical support and training. Monitoring cameras in accordance with internal and legal regulations. Controlling certificates, expiration dates, and mandatory training. Conducting internal audits and inspection travel. Using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PWBI. Monitoring the main risks inherent in the working conditions of administrative and operational functions, taking preventive and corrective action. Conduct specific safety training for all employees Monitor, control, and report workplace accidents Issue CAT (Inspection of Occupational Safety and Health Reports) Perform related activities, responding to requests from superiors Ensure the preservation of company assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities) Strictly comply with all company and client procedures, standards, and specifications Properly use uniforms and protective equipment provided by the company Commit to operational goals defined jointly with the client, DPO/VPO, and the Excellence Program Demonstrate personal and professional behavior commensurate with the role.
