Reporting to the Regional Category Manager, you will take full ownership of an aftermarket product portfolio across a multi-country region. You will shape the strategy, grow the range and make sure every product lands in the right segment, at the right price.
What you will own
- Portfolio sales and margin across the region
- Regional range development plans built on sound business cases
- Product positioning across premium and budget segments
- Go-to-market support for regional sales teams
Desired Experience & Qualification
What you bring
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Sales & Marketing
- Fluent English
- Extensive product management experience in automotive parts (OEM or aftermarket)
- You connect OE engineering to aftermarket opportunities
- You turn market insight into products that sell
Your technical toolkit
- Business case, pricing and margin analysis
- Vehicle application and range coverage
- OE product development and launch processes
