The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective management and performance of a property portfolio while building strong relationships with key stakeholders and supporting the achievement of business objectives. This opportunity is best suited to an experienced property professional with a strong commercial mindset and proven experience within a Property Fund, REIT, property investment company, or a similar commercial property environment. Duties & Responsibilities Oversee the effective management and performance of a regional property portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement. Ensure properties within the portfolio are managed in line with company objectives and standards. Support the delivery of commercial and operational objectives across the portfolio. Prepare and present portfolio-related reports to management where required. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the successful management of the portfolio. Ensure a high standard of service delivery across the assigned portfolio. Requirements Proven experience as a Regional Portfolio Manager, Portfolio Manager, or in a similar property management role. Experience within a Property Fund, REIT, property investment company, or a similar commercial property environment is non-negotiable. Strong understanding of commercial property portfolio management principles. Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills. Strong commercial and financial awareness. Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
