To implement the Regional People Solutions Partner strategy in the defined region, through the effective management of the people support function. The position will be based in Centurion - Pretoria.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Selection
- Industrial Relations
- Personnel Administration
- Maintain Sikhula KunYe culture
- Personnel policies and procedures
- Succession Planning
- Training and Development
- Operational support to line management
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12 with a relevant Honours degree within the HR Discipline
- At least 5 years’ experience within a generalist HR Role
- Retail knowledge and experience will be an advantage
- Computer Literate (G. Suite)
- Valid Code 8 manual driver's license and willingness to undertake extensive travel
