We are seeking a Regional Operations Manager to join our dynamic Leadership Team at KFC Rohloff Group. The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for the operations of restaurants within its region, driving the growth and performance of the franchise by maximising sales, profitability, and operational efficiencies. You will ensure the effective implementation of marketing initiatives and the consistent achievement of company operating standards across customer experience, operations, facilities, and people practices. Through strong leadership, you will coach, support, and develop Area Managers and Restaurant Managers, building capability and delivering exceptional results across your region.

What you’ll do

• Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to the Area Coaches within the region.
• Performance Management: Monitor performance metrics for each restaurant and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Training and Development: Ensure that all staff receive proper training and development to uphold KFC’s service standards.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain high operational standards in every restaurant, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Customer Satisfaction: Address customer service issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in your region of restaurants.
• Financial Oversight : Manage the financial performance of the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Brand Compliance: Ensure that all restaurants adhere to KFC’s brand standards and operating procedures.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute regional strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives.

Experience & Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, Marketing, or Commerce.

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar or related role.

• Proven experience within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stores within a multi-site operational environment.

• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to interpret and manage budgets and performance metrics.

• Well-developed planning and organisational skills.

• High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to lead and engage diverse teams.

• Demonstrates flexibility and availability to work evenings, weekends, and as required by business needs.
