The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing the activities of the learning centre and its nursing education programs to ensure competent and qualified nurses are available to meet regional needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensuring continued SANC accreditation by ensuring current SLA and situation analysis documents are in place.
Ensuring evaluations are completed by students on nurse educators and/or nursing programs.
Obtaining feedback from regional nursing management on quality of nurse training, identifying gaps and implementing remedial action where necessary.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Master’s degree in nursing.
Diploma or degree: Nursing Education and Management.
