Are you a high-energy, commercially savvy multi-site retail leader who knows how to drive operations, develop great managers and get results across multiple stores?

We’re looking for a Senior Regional Manager to join a fast-paced, growing national retail group with 80 stores across South Africa .

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take direct ownership of 8 stores , while also working as part of the senior regional team overseeing and developing Regional Managers across the wider group. Duties & Responsibilities

Remuneration

• Market related C.T.C. per annum.

We’re looking for someone who

• Has 5–8 years’ multi-store retail management experience .

• Has successfully managed 6–10+ stores simultaneously .

• Has led Store Managers AND Area/Regional Managers .

• Is commercially astute and comfortable with sales, budgets, KPI’s and profitability .

• Loves being out in the stores — this is definitely not a desk job!

• Is energetic, accountable and knows how to get the best out of people.

• Experience in specialty retail, fashion, beauty, health & wellness, pharmacy, lifestyle or consumer electronics would be highly advantageous.

Johannesburg based Regional travel required Senior, visible and highly operational role
