Experience as a Branch Operations Manager
Technical background
Knowledge of mining Industry would be an advantage
Valid drivers license
Report directly to the CEO
Liaise with all department heads
Leading the region to achieve its by providing strategic direction to ensure growth within the business including Marketing and and advertsing plans
Plan evaluate and optimising operational to be efficient including cost saving
Achieveing the business goals
Market share and profit
Manage and Develop the region by providing the strategic direction to ensure the growth of the business
Planning optimizing and evaluating to be efficient and cost effective
Operational Excellence
Monitoring the sales performace of the region
Service delivery of the branch
Drive and improve on the KPI's to achieve company company goals
Business development
Consistantly analyze and reflect the data in alignment with the region
Risk management
Customer Service
People Management
Leading a dynmic region and set the pace and be an example , coach and mentor to further stregthen the culture and pace as an example , and skills with a team
Desired Experience & Qualification
Experience as a Branch Operations Manager
