Regional Manager

Introduction

Regional Manager required for an outstanding company to be based in Rustenburg with;

Duties & Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Sales or Marketing

• Experience as a Branch Operations Manager

• Technical Background

• Knowledge of the mining industry will be advantageous

• Valid Driver’s License

• Report Directly to CEO

• Liaise with all the relevant heads in the organisation

• Responsible for leading the region to achieve its business goals

• Maximise market share and profits

• Manage and develop the region by providing strategic direction to ensure the growth and profitability of the business, marketing and advertising plans

• Planning, evaluating and optimising operations to be efficient and cost affective

• Operational excellence

• Lead the region to operate efficiently by monitoring the sales performances of the region and implementing the support where required

• Responsible for the operational efficiencies and service delivery for the branch and clients

• Drive and improve upon (KPIs) to achieve company goals

• Manage business activities focussing on financial and strategic growth of the organisation.

• Business development

• Data management reporting

• Constantly analyse and reflect the data that signals them to ascertain the health and alignment of the region

• Sport the anomalies and risk.

• Risk management

• Financial acumen

• Develop, plan and manage individual short-term and long-term targets taking into account company priorities and constraints

• Customer service

• People management

• Lead a dynamic region and set the pace and example as leader, coach and mentor to further build and strengthen the culture and skills of the team
