• Manage Branch Manager performance through monthly reviews. • Develop Branch Managers' ability to understand and use Profit & Loss statements. • Ensure succession plans are in place. • Guide Branch Managers on staffing in line with HR policies and processes. • Drive performance management, coaching, reward and recognition. • Encourage cross-branch best-practice sharing. Profitability & Business Growth
• Drive financial profitability and business growth through analysis, reporting and action planning. • Monitor and control operational costs. • Drive labour productivity by monitoring overtime and absenteeism. • Maintain consistent product and equipment quality. • Implement marketing and promotional initiatives. • Analyse dashboard reports and take appropriate action. Customer Satisfaction
• Analyse customer satisfaction reports. • Guide Branch Managers in improving customer service and satisfaction. • Ensure training plans are implemented. • Ensure Brand Standard Audit action plans are maintained and followed. Compliance & Risk Management
