- 6–10 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Lead and direct the general management functions of the region
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth
- Manage and optimise operational processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
