Large Hospitality Company in Pretoria is looking for a Regional Food and Beverage Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Point-of-sale systems
- Recipe development, costing, and control
- Cocktail preparation and beverage operations
- Front-of-house operations
- Food quality control and service standards
- Willing to travel Nationally
Desired Experience & Qualification
- minimum of five years’ relevant food and beverage management experience.
- We are looking for a mature, highly detail-oriented and observant individual who is task-driven and possesses excellent interpersonal and people-management skills. The candidate should be able to maintain high operational standards, identify areas requiring improvement, and work effectively with employees across multiple levels
