This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially astute operations professional who can lead leaders, drive performance and develop high-performing teams . The candidate will be based in the Kuils River Head Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, operational excellence, compliance and consistent standards across the region, while coaching and developing Area Coaches and Restaurant Managers. Detail: We are looking for someone with: 5+ years' senior multi-unit operations leadership experience Proven responsibility for a workforce of approximately 700+ employees Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen Experience with forecasting, EBITDA and variance management Strong understanding of labour management and COGS Experience with audits, compliance and health & safety A proven track record of developing managers and future leaders Strong accountability, resilience and courageous leadership Willingness to travel extensively across the region Your experience does not have to be limited to the restaurant industry. Candidates from other large-scale multi-site environments, including retail, hospitality and related operational businesses, will also be considered.
