• 5+ years senior multi-unit operations leadership experience • Proven responsibility for a workforce of approximately 700+ employees • Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen • Experience with forecasting, EBITDA and variance management • Strong understanding of labour management and COGS • Experience with audits, compliance and health & safety • A proven track record of developing managers and future leaders • Strong accountability, resilience and courageous leadership • Willingness to travel extensively across the region Your experience does not have to be limited to the restaurant industry. Candidates from other large-scale multi-site environments, including retail, hospitality and related operational businesses, will also be considered. This role will suit an accomplished operations leader who enjoys building capable teams, improving business performance and creating a culture of accountability and consistent execution.
