• Diagnose, repair and maintain refrigeration and beverage dispensing equipment. • Carry out preventative maintenance and sanitisation of equipment. • Inspect equipment before dispatch to customer sites. • Deliver and collect refrigeration units, dispensing equipment, glassware, stock and other items. • Safely transport equipment between customer sites and company premises. • Assist with warehouse operations, stock control and stock counts. • Maintain accurate vehicle stock levels and request replacement parts when required. • Complete job cards, delivery notes and service documentation accurately and on time. • Deliver professional customer service and maintain positive client relationships. • Ensure company vehicles, tools and equipment are kept clean and in good working condition. • Assist with general warehouse and operational duties as required. Minimum Requirements
• Matric (Grade 12). • Valid South African driver's licence. • Previous experience as a Refrigeration Technician or in a similar technical role. • Experience with refrigeration fault-finding, repairs and preventative maintenance. • Previous driving and delivery experience. • Safe Gas Handling Licence will be advantageous. • Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
