  • The Recruitment and Talent Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of talent acquisition and management for the organization.
  • This role owns sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent, while ensuring organograms, contracts, and employee documentation stay accurate and aligned with business objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Design and run end-to-end recruitment strategies, from advertising and sourcing through interviewing and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and build tailored recruitment plans.
  • Maintain a live talent pipeline and database to keep future hiring needs covered.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, agencies, and referrals, aiming for a diverse, qualified pool.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: defining roles, posting ads, screening, interviewing, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Ensure every new hire receives a letter of offer, employment contract, job description, and balanced scorecard/KPIs before onboarding.
  • Track recruitment metrics — quality of hire, time-to-fill, and retention — to guide improvements.

Organogram Management

  • Keep departmental organograms current, updating them for new hires, role changes, and separations.
  • Update organograms within seven working days of any staffing change and review them quarterly.

Candidate Screening, Interviewing and Hiring

  • Review applications and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and fit.
  • Coordinate interview panels with hiring managers and guide consistent, unbiased evaluations.
  • Oversee scheduling, interview questions, and hiring recommendations, including offer and salary negotiation.
  • Ensure all hiring activity complies with company policy and employment law.

Employer Branding and Onboarding

  • Promote the employer brand through social media, events, and partnerships, including with educational institutions.
  • Build and oversee a comprehensive onboarding process, ensuring new hires get all required documentation.
  • Monitor new employees' integration and address onboarding challenges to support retention.

Employee Development and Succession Planning

  • Identify skill gaps and create tailored development programs.
  • Design succession plans for critical roles and support mentoring and coaching initiatives.

Budget, Compliance and Reporting

  • Align recruitment activity with the approved organogram and departmental budgets, avoiding overstaffing.
  • Monitor recruitment spend and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Manage administration of employee transfers and promotions with clear, consistent processes.
  • Ensure all recruitment and talent activities comply with employment law and reflect industry best practice.
  • Prepare recruitment reports for senior management, highlighting trends and actionable insights.

Requirements Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in talent management or recruitment, including 2 years in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and tools, with proficiency in HR data and metrics.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
