Overview

We are looking for a skilled Bulk Recruiter to join our team and assist in the recruitment process for high-volume hiring needs. The Bulk Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified candidates to fill multiple positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume recruiting and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies - Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a high volume of candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events - Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system - Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates on their application status - Assist in the coordination of recruitment events and job fairs as needed - Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment efforts to management

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment - Proven track record of successfully filling multiple positions within a tight timeline - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in recruiting software and applicant tracking systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
