3. High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
4. Managing WhatsApp communications and handling various online bookings efficiently
5. Precise appointment scheduling alongside timely patient confirmation follow-ups.
6. Medical aid and detailed benefit checks
The position thrives within a fast-paced environment requiring reliability, organization, and high professionalism.
Working hours run Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM.
