We are looking for an exceptional Team Leaders to join our ever-growing and expanding wellness and Spa.
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about the spa industry, enjoys leading people, and is committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Working Hours
Wednesday to Sunday
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Candidates must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays, and throughout the festive season.
Salary & Benefits
•Salary is dependent on experience, qualifications, and skill level.
•Accommodation may be provided as part of the remuneration package for the successful candidate.
Minimum Requirements
•Minimum 3–5 years' continuous experience with the same employer (employment stability is essential).
•Contactable references are mandatory.
•We are not seeking frequent job hoppers.
•Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star spa, hotel, lodge, or wellness establishment is highly advantageous.
•Proven experience managing a team of approximately 50 staff members.
•Relevant Beauty Therapy, Spa Management, or Hospitality qualifications.
