Spice company seeking a presentable, vibrant and friendly receptionist who is organised, reliable and has excellent attention to detail, who is confident dealing with customers, suppliers and staff.
Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements and experience
- Previous reception/administration experience
- Must be fluent in both English and Afrikaans
- Answering the switchboard and screening calls
- Filing and maintaining records, including Picking Slips, Invoices, PODs and courier documentation
- Following up on outstanding PODs
- Assisting the Accounts Department with POD-related queries and documentation
- Computer literate with good Word, Excel and Outlook skills
- Pastel Evolution experience would be advantageous
- Willing to assist with various duties as required
- Will receive training in the Cash & Carry store to provide relief when required
- Excellent attention to detail
- Own reliable transport is essential
- Preferably based within approximately 20km of the workplace, city deep

Package & Remuneration
Salary: R12,000 – R15,000, depending on experience
Working hours: Monday – Thursday 7h30am -4h30pm / Friday 7h30am – 3h30pm
Provident Fund: Compulsory after 6 months
