We are seeking a hands-on Senior Labour Relations professional who enjoys complex Industrial Relations work, including disciplinary hearings, CCMA representation, dispute resolution, and advising employers on labour-related matters. IMPORTANT - YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IF: Your primary focus is Payroll, Psychometry, Employee Wellness, or Industrial Psychology. Requirements - Not negotiable: Valid driver's license and own vehicle (prepared to travel to clients). Degree/Diploma in Labour Relations, Industrial Relations, or related field with strong IR focus. 2 – 4 years' Labour Relations / HR experience with a strong IR emphasis. Minimum 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of Labour Relations and employment legislation. Experience handling disciplinary matters, grievances, and performance management processes. Comfortable advising employers on HR and IR matters. Exposure to CCMA matters will be advantageous. Professional with strong stakeholder management skills. Detail: Key Responsibilities: Supervise Labour Relations Consultants, review work quality, and provide coaching and guidance. Monitor team performance metrics and ensure service delivery standards are met. Facilitate internal disciplinary procedures and ensure consultant accountability. Oversee workload allocation, leave management, and client assignments. Conduct internal training sessions, coaching, and performance feedback sessions. Manage escalated client matters and provide expert Labour Relations advisory support. Draft and implement internal policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Core Competencies: Proven leadership and people management ability. Strong understanding of Labour Relations frameworks and legal compliance.
