KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Welcoming clients and managing reception Handling bookings, calls and WhatsApp enquiries Processing payments and assisting with daily salon operations Providing beauty treatments when required during busy periods Supporting our therapists to ensure an excellent client experience REQUIREMENTS Previous salon reception experience Previous ESP salon software experience is essential Qualified beauty therapist with practical treatment experience Organised, reliable and confident with clients Excellent communication and customer service skills Able to multitask and work well under pressure Flexible and available throughout the peak season, including the festive period Must have reliable transport Must be punctual, dependable and committed for the full contract period Friendly, professional and a team player
