Operate a reach truck safely and in accordance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
Load, unload, move, stack, and retrieve pallets from high-level racking systems.
Replenish picking locations and retail floor stock as required.
Ensure stock is handled carefully to prevent damage.
Accurately receive, locate, and store incoming goods.
Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
Verify stock quantities and report discrepancies immediately.
Rotate stock according to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles where applicable.
Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of the reach truck and report defects.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse aisles, storage locations, and work areas.
Ensure pallets and stock are securely stored and stacked safely.
Adhere to all health and safety procedures and warehouse operating standards.
Wear required PPE at all times.
Report accidents, incidents, hazards, and equipment faults promptly.
Support a culture of safe work practices throughout the warehouse.
Assist with picking, packing, loading, and unloading activities when required.
Support warehouse and retail operations during peak periods.
Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by management.
