Role Purpose
The main purpose of the role is to ensure successful implementation, administration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Total Integrated Management Systems (TIMS).
Required Qualifications
- Relevant National Diploma in Food Technology or Equivalent
Required Experience
- 2-3-year relevant experience in FMCG, within SHERQ environment.
- Must have Working Knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance Systems.
- Knowledge of poultry will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitation and implementation of Total Integrated Management systems (TIMS).
- Ensure proper administrative maintenance of TIMS' records, documentation, files and manuals, so that we can achieve risk management, sustainability and continuous improvement and realization of commercial benefits, improvement of product quality, food safety, animal welfare and customer satisfaction.
- Capture and manage changement management, system software and data integrity, non-conformances and corrective action requests arising from internal audits, incident management, customer audits, regulatory body’s visits and audits, microbial monitoring.
- Capture minutes for all SHERQ relevant meetings
- Verification of check sheets, record documentation and reports.
- Assist with documentation, records and files during both internal and external audits.
- Perform product specification audits.
- Participate in store visits and audits.
- Complete weekly and monthly reports on SHERQ systems issues and progress made.
- Maintain HACCP, GMP, and food safety records.
- Assist with product traceability documentation.
- Support investigations related to customer complaints and product non-conformances.
- Assist with compliance to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSSC 22000, customer requirements and company standards.
- Reports required figures and results to the Brand Integrity Manager.
