- A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent as recognized by SAQA. Computer Literacy.
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of related policies, protocols, directives and legislation. Basic knowledge on medical/ surgical conditions and emergency diagnosis and management. Interpersonal relations. Good verbal and written communication skills. Planning and organization. Teamwork. Flexibility.
Duties
- Guide the patients to access the service. Conduct and generate reports for patients' satisfaction survey.
- Monitor and measure waiting time in priority area.
- Assist the triaging practitioner to fast track critically ill patients. Manage and handle help desk on rotational basis.
