The role includes quantity take-offs, budgeting, valuations, contract administration, project cost tracking, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
Requirements
- National Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related qualification
- Minimum 2–4 years' post-qualification experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of the Standard System of Measuring Building Work and JBCC contracts
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and accurately extract quantities
- Experience with project costing, procurement, subcontractor management, and monthly valuations
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team
