Start free — we apply for you →- A leading provider of integrated SMEIPP construction solutions is seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical Maintenance to join their team in Secunda.
- The successful candidate will have strong quantity surveying experience within mechanical maintenance environments, with a solid understanding of cost control, contract administration and commercial management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' quantity surveying experience on mechanical maintenance contracts
- Experience with mechanical maintenance works
- Strong knowledge of cost estimating, contract administration, valuations, variations and cost control
- Sound understanding of construction contracts and commercial management
- Experience with labour broker invoicing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software
- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills

- Is organised, detail-oriented and able to work to deadlines
- Communicates confidently with technical and commercial stakeholders
